Territories and availability

One trainer, one region, and no other Great Oaks centre running public courses inside it.

How a territory is sized

A sensible drive time

Close enough that you are not living in a van and your delegates are not travelling half a day to reach you. That is the first constraint on where the boundary falls.

Enough employers to fill a calendar

We look for an employer base capable of supporting at least twelve full five day courses a quarter once you are established. Below that a single trainer cannot make a living from it.

Room to grow into

Sized for one trainer at launch, with enough headroom that you can add an instructor as demand builds rather than immediately hitting the edge of your patch.

What exclusivity covers

Exclusivity applies to scheduled public courses in the core syllabus. Inside your territory, no other Great Oaks centre advertises or runs those courses.

Cross boundary corporate bookings are coordinated centrally. If a national contractor wants the same training delivered in four regions, we handle that from the centre and allocate the work, so franchisees are never bidding against their own network for the same customer.

Where we are open

We have not carved the country into final boundaries yet, and there is no point pretending otherwise. The regions below show where we are open to conversations. Your actual territory will be a defined area inside one of them, agreed with you and written down before you commit to anything.

Find out about your region

Tell us where you are and we will tell you straight whether it is open, who else is talking to us about it, and what the boundary would realistically look like.
