For housing associations

Grounds Maintenance for Housing Associations

Cyclical grounds, tree stock and clearances for schemes and communal areas across Lancashire and the North West, with the evidence trail your board and auditors expect.

The risks that land on your desk

A tree with no inspection record becomes a liability question the moment it fails.

Deadwood over parking, paths and gardens is the claim that arrives after a storm, not before it.

Reactive call-outs cost more than planned, cyclical work, and residents notice the difference.

At audit, the question is not whether the work was done but whether you can evidence it.

What we take on

One contractor for the whole estate

Clipped hedges and edged paths on a maintained site

Cyclical grounds

Grass, hedges, shrub beds and communal areas on a planned schedule, kept to the standard residents notice.

A Great Oaks climber on rope and harness dismantling a tree in sections

Tree stock management

Surveys, crown work, reductions and removals across your housing stock, with dangerous trees made safe quickly.

Nursery grounds and play area maintained in Lancashire

Void and site clearances

Overgrown gardens, void properties and neglected corners cleared and photographed, ready for the next tenancy.

Storm and emergency response

A direct line for storm-damaged and dangerous trees. Call 07884 274693 and the office answers.

Working around people who live there

Schedules built around parking pressure, bin days and shared facilities, so a visit does not turn into a complaint.

Bin-store hygiene, paths and steps, borders and screening covered in the cycle alongside lawns and verges.

Cadence set for each estate layout rather than one blanket frequency across every scheme.

Resident communication kept simple, and we coordinate with the other contractors already on site.

The same approach works for housing associations, managing agents, freeholders and RTM companies.

The paperwork is the product

Evidence your auditors will like

Every visit runs through our own job-management system, so the record builds itself while the crews work. When your board or auditor asks what the contract delivered, the answer is a file, not a phone call.

Photo-evidenced visits

Every scheduled visit logged and photographed. You see the work, not just an invoice

Vetted completion packs

Dated before-and-after evidence, checked by the office before it reaches you

Site-specific RAMS per scheme

Risk assessments and method statements written for each site, not photocopied from the last one

Qualified, insured teams

Uniformed crews holding current City & Guilds NPTC certificates, tracked against expiry

One office to deal with

Call 07884 274693 and you reach the office that schedules the crews, not a call centre

Tidy sites, safe exclusion zones and access kept clear around homes
