Frameworks & Procurement

How councils, housing associations, schools and commercial clients buy grounds maintenance and tree work from Great Oaks, whether through a framework, a pre-qualified register or direct tender.

Three ways to buy

Choose the route your procurement process needs

Framework

Fusion21 Approved Supplier

Procure through the Fusion21 framework with pre-agreed terms and compliance already evidenced. The fastest route for housing associations and public-sector buyers.

Pre-qualified

Constructionline Gold

We hold Constructionline Gold, verified supplier status for public-sector procurement. If your organisation buys through Constructionline, we are already on the shelf.

Direct

Tender, ITQ & PQQ

Send your specification to office@greatoakstreeservices.co.uk. We respond with evidenced pricing, site-specific RAMS and method statements, and references on request.

On every contract

Delivery you can audit, not just a promise

Site-specific RAMS on every job

Dated before-and-after evidence packs, checked by the office before they reach you

LOLER-examined lifting kit

Harnesses, ropes and rigging under thorough examination to LOLER 1998, by a firm that carries out LOLER inspections as a service

From our own records

The training centre is not a sideline. So far in 2026 we have run more than 30 certificated City & Guilds courses at the Preston centre and put over 50 candidates through them, our own staff among them. Qualification records are held in our own system with automatic expiry alerts, so a lapsed ticket gets caught before it reaches your site.

For public-sector buyers this is countable social value: local employment and formal City & Guilds qualifications delivered in Preston, with the numbers to evidence it in a bid.

Questions procurement teams ask us

Short answers here. The detail sits in the Capability Pack.

What insurance do you hold?

Yes. Site-specific risk assessments and method statements are issued before work starts.

ARB Approved Contractor, Constructionline Gold, and we are an appointed supplier on the Fusion21 framework. Public bodies can appoint us through the framework by direct award or further competition.

Who does the work?

Teams trained and assessed at our own City & Guilds approved assessment centre in Preston, the same centre other firms send their staff to.

Do you work with purchase orders?

Yes. We work to purchase orders and invoice to the format and schedule you need.
